This is what vibFolio keeps about you and what it does with it.

What we keep

Your Google account email, your handle, name and profile, what you write, your messages, and which builders and projects you follow.

What is public

Your profile, projects and entries are public, including to people who are signed out. Comments are visible to signed-in builders. Messages are private to the builders in the conversation.

Usage

vibFolio keeps a record of which kind of page you were on — a profile, a project, messages — and for how long. It normally leaves out the page’s address; when it is set to keep addresses, the Usage switch in Settings → Preferences says so.

We also use PostHog for analytics. It receives page views, clicks and screen recordings, with the address of each page. Recordings never show your messages or anything you type.

Both happen only while your Usage switch is on, and it starts on. Turning it off stops both and deletes the record vibFolio kept, but not what PostHog already has. PostHog also measures visitors who are not signed in.

Who else sees it

We use Supabase for the database and sign-in, Vercel for hosting and PostHog for analytics. We do not sell your data. If you connect Claude or an aide, what it reads is limited to what you grant.

Your choices

You can edit your profile on your profile page, delete your account in Settings → Account, and turn the Usage switch off in Settings → Preferences. If you have a question about your data, press Send feedback in your account menu once you are signed in.
