Builders get a shelf
Each profile shows the tools that builder has written about, most recently used first. If you share tools with someone, their profile says so.
Reviews
Builders can rate and review a tool. A builder cannot review a tool their own project made, so a rating is never the maker grading themselves.

A builder writes it down once. After that it appears on every entry that names it.

The tools index lists every tool with how many entries and builders use it.
